Gemini exchange withdrawal fees11/5/2023 Anything 0.01BTC at least is unlimited sending and zero cost. Just wanted to provide a reference in the thread so people know what the highest cost is. I am talking about the fee which you said was 0.000005 BTC being the highest you have seen while I am trying out to see what it would cost and the fee is 0.000025 BTC which would apply to anything under 0.01BTC. I am not saying it's free, only the first one is free per day. Please note that the withdrawal fee schedule on our website is not yet updated, and we are in the process of updating it to reflect these changes. Update as of 6/20: We are providing an additional update on the new Gemini fee schedule and delaying implementation until June 24, 2022. Assetįor more information please see our User Agreement here: Below is the flat withdrawal fee for each network supported on Gemini. These are also paid to cover network fees. Users pay flat withdrawal fees for non-Ethereum-based tokens. Users will be able to see what the dynamic fee is before completing the withdrawal. Gas fees vary over time and by activity, with complex smart contracts and code requiring more gas. On the Ethereum network, network fees are known as gas fees and are paid in ETH. Gemini does not make any money from these fees. Miners process crypto transactions and secure the network on which those transactions are processed. GUSD will remain free to withdraw.ĭynamic withdrawal fees paid by Gemini users are intended to cover network fees paid to blockchain miners. Transfers between Gemini Exchange and Gemini Custody remain free. Non-Ethereum crypto withdrawals from the Gemini platform incur flat fees (see table below). Dynamic fees apply to withdrawals of ETH and ERC-20 tokens and are based on Ethereum gas fees, which vary based on network activity. When withdrawing crypto to an external wallet, Gemini users will pay either a dynamic or flat fee depending on token type. We have extended this date to Friday, Jin response to feedback from our community. Previously, we had shared that we would no longer be offering free withdrawals after Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Please note that the withdrawal fee schedule on our website is not yet updated, but we will be updating it to reflect these changes in the coming days. We are providing some updates and clarity regarding upcoming changes to withdrawal fees on the Gemini platform.
